A great package for the fun lovers out there, the West Country Games are an incredible explosion of fun, hay, laughter and excitement!
First up is Friday evening, where we'll give you guestlist to a local nightclub to get the weekend started!
Come Saturdeay and it is time for The West Country Games! You'll get a chance to compete in 9 different games as you do you best to come out on top, which may be a bit hard considering that the Farmer's 'Minxy Milk Maids' will be in tow throughout the day, whether they're supposed to be helping or hindering you we're not quite sure! The winner gets a prize too! Photographs will be taken throughout the day, so you'll have a nice collection of snaps to remember your afternoon by too.
Saturday evening sees you get guaranteed entry to a local nightclub, with guestlist and queue jump tickets! BOOM!
It’s all fun and games in the West Country! This staggeringly fun stag activity is like a themed version of It’s a Knockout, where you’ll play such games as welly wanging, the cider run, Vicky Pollard handbags, drunk pub skittles, and mangold dangling, plus many more! Your farmer host, will guide you round the games, keep the scores and provide fancy dress for the hen. Proper job! There will be photos taken as you go along, so afterwards you can laugh at the stag in his cow onesie. A great team bonding event where everyone will whack, wobble, chuck and chase their way through the games, with prizes for the winner.
Fancy sipping your lager out of hollow coconut shells? We thought so, which is why Lola Lo club in Bristol is the ideal spot for a night of stag party shenanigans, paradise style. This tiki-style venue boasts some pretty quirky interiors, so expect a fun-loving crowd of students, locals and hens! Get the lads into some grass skirts and shared cocktails pronto – with names like Daddy Zombie, it shouldn’t be hard. Themed nights and DJs feature throughout the week, with a Saturday night of floor-fillers that’ll have even the most die-hard wall flowers throwing shapes at the decks. This place is obviously really popular, so don’t expect to turn up in a rowdy group and get straight in. Let us organise your entrance in advance, with your names on the guest list so there’s no messing about.
The Holiday Inn Express City Centre in Bristol is a budget hotel offering a little more bang for your buck. Look forward to power showers, air conditioning and a well stocked bar open until late. Luxury beds and a hearty breakfast will make your stay all the more enjoyable, with Sky Sports and pizza on hand in the lounge areas when you need some downtime. There’s a mouthwatering menu on offer at The Spot Kitchen and Bar – try the Bristol Smashed Burger or their man-sized portions of BBQ ribs. This hotel is the place to stay if you’ve got a bunch of lads arriving by train, because Temple Meads station is a just over the road.
This is a brilliant location for exploring the city, so head west into town via the Floating Harbour to reach King Street and Queen’s Square. The ideal spot to sink a few Somerset ciders, this 17th century cobbled street has a fun vibe with plenty of pubs and restaurants. If it’s your big night out, the hotel is a ten minute-walk from Motion, an epic club in a converted skate park that spills onto the harbour – a must see for Bristol newbies.
Please note that no flights are included in any of our packages or itineraries, this is something your group will need to arrange directly. If you book an overseas package with us, that requires flights and has airport transfers on the itinerary, you can enter your flight details at a later date in our online Party Hub, so we can arrange your transfers.
The Stag Company made life so much easier as they did most of the work! The Party Hub is very good and made payments easy and gave people the opportunity to pay towards anyone else in the group including the Stag, which is useful! They were also very helpful and understanding especially when there were sudden changes in the number of people going etc. If I ever have to organise a Stag Do again I will use the Stag Company again for sure!
