If you want the stag do to be one to remember which was chock-a-block with exhilarating and heart pumping activities, then make sure that you include coasteering as part of the stag weekend itinerary, which promises you and the rest of the guys plenty of thrills and adrenaline to flood through your veins! But if you’re not really too sure what coasteering is or what it involves, then don’t worry, we got it covered for you right here. Basically, coasteering involves scrambling your way around some rocky coastlines, where you’ll be greeted by rocks and perilous peaks on foot. You’ll then jump from the cliff and plunge into some cold waters, maybe you’ll even get the chance to check out some sea caves and have a little exploratory swim around them. You and your group with be provided with a fully qualified and experienced instructor, who will give you an introduction to the activity, explain the best techniques and guide you and the boys along the way. You’ll need swimwear so don’t forget to tell the rest of the stags to bring theirs along! And remember, you will of course get full bragging rights on social media and when you arrive back home!
If you're looking for something unique, exhilarating, dangerous, wet and involves you squeezed into a rubber suit whilst clinging to a cliff face like a sea drenched Spiderman, then coaststeering is a must for any action packed stag do.
Think coastal exploration gone wrong in skin tight rubber suit's...
For those of us not too familiar with coaststeering, it is an adventure sport where you experience the rush of sea level traversing, rock climbing, cliff jumping and swimming into sea caves. Coaststeering has actually been enjoyed ever since people first went down to the sea for their amusement. In recent years It's popularity has grown and is a firm favourite amongst summer stag parties.
To be honest no matter what time of year, the sea around Britain is bloody freezing but a thick wetsuit will keep you warm. We've all heard that if you pee inside your suit it will add extra heat but believe me when you peel off that suit the stench is revolting so it is not advised. We guarantee that this new favourite will be a hit with everyone, particularly on a Newquay stag do.
There's plenty of teamwork, helping your mates on harder sections, everyone swimming together, encouraging each other with different challenges. For those that are up for it, there are also the thrills of cliff jumps, swimming in the waves and spooky caves.
Think coastal exploration gone wrong in skin tight rubber suit's, not to mention the little booties and you'll have summed up awesome .
Some serious waves, a vibrant nightlife and heavenly beaches, a stag do to this Cornish coastal town offers everything you and the lads could want from a weekend break!
