Following a safety briefing and an introduction to the machines, you will first be sent around the flat course so that you can get the feel of the quads. After a couple of laps,the staff will indicate that you are ready to start attempting the obstacles. Just imagine trying to control a quad bike on its brakes down a steep hill, while trying to turn a corner at the same time, through some muddy water at the bottom - and then climb back out with wet, muddy tyres. Having got that out of the way, it's straight into one of the see-saws with a long drop on the far side!
