BBC Radio Two presenter Chris Evans married professional golfer Natasha Shishmanian in a civil ceremony at the weekend. A source told the newspaper that the event at Guildford register office was a simple, intimate affair and they held a similarly low-key celebration afterwards
“[Chris] looked happy, but I think he’d wanted to keep things private.”
They didn’t want too many people looking on because they wanted a quiet service.
Chris, whose divorce from second wife Billie Piper was finalised earlier in the year, is said to have had his “first-ever” stag night before the big day but according to the Daily Star, he was careful about not “getting ratted” so he didn’t “feel like a beaten old lump of lard come the big day on Saturday.”
