The politician bloke who was sacked by David Cameron for his involvement in a Nazi-themed stag party has told the Commons Committee that he is dating a young lady in his employment. Jodie Jones, who works in Aidan Burley’s Cannock Chase constituency office, has been dubbed ‘Britain’s sexiest councillor’ by one newspaper and has been photographed necking Champagne and partying in a bikini.
Resisting the temptation to exclaim ‘LEGEND!’ at the end of those previous two sentences, we here at The Stag Company are a bit upset with it all. As if attending a Nazi-themed stag party wasn’t bad enough, Burley then left his Sky news reporter fiancée Helen Boyle before cuddling up with the (admittedly gorgeous) 33-year old Oxford graduate Jones. What an utter twit! To add further insult to injury, it’s likely that Jones will be getting favourable treatment in her capacity as Burley’s girlfriend/employee, including a disproportionately huge pay packet.
As far as stag do ideas go we probably wouldn’t endorse Burley and his chums’ approach, which involved dressing up as Nazi officers and chanting ‘Hitler, Hitler, Hitler.’ Not only will you be refused entry to bars and clubs but you’ll also probably find yourself getting a stern telling off from the Old Bill.
According to the Daily Mail, Burley’s bird was photographed engaging in such scandalous acts as drinking Champagne whilst wearing a bikini and ‘embracing other females’, making her public enemy number one in the eyes of Britain’s most upstanding and proper newspaper. This being the same paper that endorsed the British Nazi Party in the 1940s. The same paper that is now pouring scorn on a Tory MP for attending a Nazi-themed stag party.
Some things just make you scratch your head a bit, don’t they?
