Now depending on how close you guys are depends on how far you want to go with the immac, so a short straw will obviously come into the equation to decide who does the deed.

This one will leave the stag completely confused up until the very last minute.
Make sure the stag do goes as well as it can an on the last night, after the stag has passed out from one to many Babysham, get him into his pants and nothing else and raid his luggage and steal the lot… ohh except that naughty red number you brought with you and maybe a g-string…
Check out of the Hotel, like good boys and then use your mobile to call his hotel room… Stay a safe distance from the hotel and sit back and watch the fun…

Think you can probably guess where this one is going. Make sure you and the guys are all loaded up with good digital cameras for the reaction of the year! The key to this stag party prank is to make sure the ladyboy is ladylike in every way except it still has its bits in tact…. Once the stags got the handcuffs on he wont be able to look away.

Ask around and see if any of the boys know a copper that could a fake an arrest on the stag. This is a completely hilarious stag party prank.
Grab his towel…
Wait till the Stag is in the shower and leg it into the shower and grab his towel…. Then when he runs after you to get it make sure one of the other guys closes his door. Leaving him in the hallway with nothing but bubbles to hide his manhood.
