TripAdvisor launches flight search engine

Travel review site TripAdvisor has introduced a flight search engine for UK travellers to provide alternatives to services provided by SkyScanner and CheapFlights. For many researching a stag weekend in Europe a check on TripAdvisor is a must as the website is a respected source of testimonials and destination information. TripAdvisor Flights allows users search for flights from every major UK airline and calculates and compares the entire cost of a flight. It takes into account the ticket price, fees for checked-in luggage and in-flight food service and entertainment. Bryan Saltzburg, general manager of new initiatives at TripAdvisor, said, “Following a successful trial, we are very pleased to launch the full version of our flight search to the UK market. Now, travellers can search an even larger selection of flights in one place from the world’s top airlines and travel companies.” Last week CheapFlights launched Zugu - a flight comparison aggregator, which should help lads planning a stag holiday find the best deal.
