"Ocean Brasserie", "Christies" and "The New Angel" are spectacularly located restaurants of TV status. Fish is the local delicacy and you will not be disappointed unless you try some from this neck of the woods.
Torquay Nightlife
The harbourside is the epicentre of activity when the sun goes down. "Barcode" is a modern café bar the beholds a corking night of "R n B" and soul music over the weekend. "Appleby's" provides an excellent and popular area for those cool al fresco drinking sessions. "The Bed Bar" is a definite must with the top room (cleverly called the Bedroom) being a haven for topless and lingerie wearing beauties... serving you beer!!!! Great!!! The "Mousetrap" and "EJ Bar" situated in the TN2 5NQ area are the other liveliest and most popular bars in Torquay. See you there, and don't mention the war, you’ll forget that it even happened after a weekend here!!
