"ey up there our lad, ‘ow thar be?" Okay, it had been a while since I'd been to Yorkshire and my greeting was a little bit rusty. Embarrassing in fact as no one we met on our weekend actually spoke like that. The paintballing activity was brilliant and the paintball company have got a great venue in the area which is perfect for running round in and shooting people. We had a good laugh there and then it continued well into the night. Yes there are cobbled street and old buildings, but there's nothing ancient about the York nightlife. There was group after group of rowdy Yorkshire lasses who just loved to flirt with a big group of lads. Very friendly people – it makes all the difference."
