Bristol for a Stag Weekend

How to get there?

There are two main railway stations, Bristol Parkway and Bristol Temple Meads, and you can get services out of London from Paddington or Waterloo. By road, it is the M4 and M5 that mainly lead into the city providing access from the east-west and north-southwest areas respectively. If your stag group is mostly based in the south or southwest then you should find Bristol fairly easy to get to.

During the day

During the day there are plenty of things to see and do in Bristol. We can arrange a whole host of activities at some of the leading activity venues in the area. We offer a Max Events package which includes 4x4, quads and rage buggy driving as well as throwing in some Clay Pigeon shooting for you as well. You'll traverse the beautiful Bristol countryside in some crazy machines kicking up more than just a little dirt and dust. If the countryside sounds great but the dirt and dust less so, then consider choosing our much sought after Bristol golfing package which will ensure you and your stag party get some fresh air, but don't have to be cleaned down with a power hose after wards. If you're looking for something really different, then you and the lads might fancy being Tarzan for the day and taking up our tree-swinging activity. This fantastic event sees you harnessed safely as you make your way through the high tree tops, getting round by rope bridges, swings, platforms and even zip wires. It certainly makes for an unforgettable stag weekend!

During the night

We always make sure that accommodation booked through us is in a central location so you won't have to be travelling for miles in a taxi from the hotel to reach the night lights of Bristol. For pubs, you can find a high concentration just off Baldwin Street and around St. Nicholas Street. There are some great old fashioned pubs as well as some of the larger chains in Bristol. Off Park Street and Park row you'll find Berkeley Square where you can find the popular pub chain Ha! Ha! Bar. You might want to start your evening in these areas and slowly wind your way down to the harbour front where you'll find some great late night bars, as well as a Gala Casino and the Oceana night club with 5 themed bars, 2 clubs and even a restaurant.

All in all, there's no wonder why Bristol still proves to be a popular destination for stag parties in the south!
