White water rafting is a challenging sport that utilizes a raft to navigate whitewater or different degrees of rough water. All of you in the boat have to work as one unit in order to successfully get done the rapids in one piece.

"You're told by the instructor when to paddle and when to hold onto to the raft for dear life and it does get a bit hairy in places. The best bit was when we all jumped out of the boat and body surfed down part of the rapids. Excellent!"
