We’ve been helping best men to organise legendary stag dos since 2004, when our CEO Rob Hill first created The Stag Company. Rob was committed to helping those who were struggling with the honour and pressure of organising a fitting send-off for their nearest and dearest. Since then, the company has sent away around 50,000 happy customers every year across the UK and Europe, each of them bringing back hilarious memories to be treasured forever!
In 2008, Pat Heath, our CTO, joined Rob to respond to the shift to digital, using his technical genius to build our in-house booking platform and customer Party Hub from scratch. Five years later, in 2013, Steph Hague-Evans joined the top team, to embed service excellence, drive operational efficiency, and foster a fun, inclusive and nurturing company culture.

Having helped the directors to navigate a global pandemic, long-standing team member Jordan Herbert was promoted to General Manager in 2021, and the day-to-day running of The Stag Company now rests in his capable, committed hands.
