Most of us have been on an assault course in our younger days. If you’ve never experienced one then all you need to know is that it’s a special sort of trail that combines running and exercising and is definitely not for the faint hearted. Especially the ones that make you run through mud and walk across very high rope bridges. Each assault course at each venue will be different. Some put emphasis on fun and overcoming obstacles, whilst helping your mates along the way. Whereas some may seem simple but you may find that they are more physically demanding than they look!
It's not surprising that assault courses are regularly used by the military to increase fitness, team work and self-confidence, which makes it excellent training for stag parties to all bond and break the ice. Here's what you can expect, lots of fresh, outdoor air (most of them take place outdoors) and sweating. So make sure you bring workout clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and trainers to change into. Keep in mind that this isn’t really a sporty activity… more of an adventure and adrenaline based activity but we should warn you: if you're planning to do this the day after a full on stag night then be prepared for some potential puking. Don’t worry though, our assault courses aren’t Tough Mudder or Spartan Race level of pain and sweat. Chances are you’ll be fine to hit the town for more drinks afterwards, and not curled up in your hotel room in the foetal position all night.*

Would recommend to anyone! Zorb football, assault course and the dogs made an amazing day. Amazingly organised. Strongly recommend this. - Debs Kux (Stag Company Trust Pilot)
