If you’re heading to Dublin for the stag weekend, then no trip is complete without a visit to Ireland’s famous and iconic Guinness Storehouse, situated in the heart of St James’s Gate. You and the rest of the guys will discover the story of Guinness, what goes into the... making of each and every pint, in addition to the incredible brand history, which stretches over 250 years, in this excellent self-guided tour. The brewery tour is split over seven floors, which are shaped around a giant pint; you’ll find a tasting room, which is a multi-sensory experience, where you will learn how to appreciate the distinctive taste of the black stuff, in addition to several points perfect for grabbing a photo! On the top floor, you’ll be greeted by the Gravity Bar, which offers spectacular panoramic views across the city of Dublin. There are of course various other bars within the brewery factory where you can grab a cheeky drink such as Arthur’s Bar where you can soak up the Irish atmosphere, or perhaps you’d prefer the luxurious Connoisseur Bar for a tasting experience like no other. There are also two places to grab a bite to eat onsite; The Brewers Dining Hall which features an open kitchen and Gilroy’s, a bistro which serves up Irish classics.
