Highland Games in Edinburgh
If your stag do has headed across the border then you might find yourself wanting to partake in some Scottish traditions. We’re sure that you can manage the drinking of a few wee drams on your own. But if you’re looking for something more? Then sign up for your very own version of the Highland Games! You and your mates will be separated into clans to compete against one another. You’ll clash in all the classics such as the Tyre Flip and the legendary Tossing the Caber. Competitive levels are guaranteed to surge throughout, so we advise assigning a forfeit for a losing team.
Highland Games Experience
Bring out a wee kilt and get ready for a tournament of Highland Games on your stag do in Edinburgh. These games are for the truly hearty and involve old-time Scottish traditions such as Tossing the Caber (where participants literally throw tree trunks as far as they can), Hurling the Wellies (where it’s wellies instead of trees) and the Sword Ring Toss (you get the jist!).
It's essentially a ridiculous, testosterone-driven few hours of Scottish-themed challenges that also just so happen to take place in stunning Scottish scenery. Try your hand at Putting the Stone, Weight for Height, Haggis Hurling and Tug o' War. This is an afternoon that will have you in stitches of laughter as your stag and his clan compete in the ultimate Highland Games challenge. Led by kilt-cladden instructors. The victorious team will receive a bottle of Whiskey!
If it's raining, as it sometimes does, do ensure you dress appropriately for all weather, do wear sensible shoes. And leave your inhibitions at home.

Highland Games & Archery
Take part in this fantastic combination of Highland Games and Archery. This famous Scottish themed event is a great icebreaker for the stag group to see who has that Scottish gene! Take part in seven scottish themed highland games as you battle it out. Then move onto Archery where you will use traditional recurve bows to find the bullseye!

Highland Games & Axe's
Take part in the classic Scottish themed event known as the Highland Games. This hour long activity will have you and the lads getting involved in some friendly competition. Get into the Scottish spirit and play games such as Caber Tossing, Welly Wanging, Haggis Hurling and many more.
Then step into the outdoor lanes and with some more friendly competition in the form of Axe Throwing. Hit the wooden targets and see who has the best aim!
