If you fancy yourself as a bit of a Robin Hood character, and you’re interested in practicing your aim and fire with your group of merry men, then we definitely recommend that you get a session of archery booked in for your stag weekend. It’s an ancient sport which dates back many centuries, and although you may think it looks like an easy activity, archery requires a steady hand, in addition to copious amount of concentration; so it’s essential that you pay full attention to your instructor, who will give top tips on how to perfect your technique, a quick demonstration and a safety briefing featuring those all-important do’s and don’ts. Get ready for your competitive streak to emerge amongst your group of stags and see who will be the first lad to hit a bullseye. We offer archery sessions across a whole host of popular destinations across the UK, so you’ll have a whole load of choices to pick from. So, pick up your bow and arrow, and get ready to get fired up for one memorable stag activity – and let us tell you now, there’s certainly no chance of firing blanks with this one!
You and your merry band of men aka the stag group are sure to enjoy a game of Arrow Tag. It's similiar to laser tag except you'll be going old school on your equipment. Don’t worry about getting hit by the arrows as these are the soft kind! Your group will have your own instructor to run through all the games and get you kitted up so you can enjoy a 90 minute game with the lads.
They have a changing room and showers on-site, so you don't have to worry about getting sweaty during the match. The arena is kitted out so you have some obstacles to hide behind. A 30 minute journey from Berlin City Centre, you can reach the venue via public transport, with the bus and the metro going here, or you could opt for a transfer.
The qualified instructor will run through a briefing before you start, all that safety malarkey, then you'll all get kitted up and learn how to fire the arrows. There will be a number of games they'll play with you, such as capture the flag. Feel free to request your own rules along the way, it's a stag weekend and they're happy to adapt to your group.
