We are closely monitoring government advice and ABTA guidance during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Sadly, we have had to close our phone lines as most of our team are on furloughed leave. Please therefore take some time to read through all of the information below, outlining the options available to you during this phase* of the Covid-19 crisis. If you have any questions regarding your booking that have not been answered below, please pop a message via your Party Hub, noting there will be a delay to the response. Please note, all correspondence must come via the Party Hub, we are unable to reply to any other method of contact.

My final payment date is approaching, what options do I have?

Option 1

If you have booked a package (accommodation and activities)

Postpone your arrangements by providing us with a new date now, via your Party Hub. We will go ahead and check availability and prices for your chosen weekend. Any normal administration fees will be waived, and the final balance date will be moved in line with the new weekend date. All existing payments relating to current confirmed group members will be moved over to the new booking. Your booking will continue to benefit from ABTA’s financial protection scheme.

If you have not booked a package (activities only)

Postpone your arrangements by providing us with a new date now, via your Party Hub. We will go ahead and check availability and prices for your chosen weekend. Any normal administration fees will be waived, and the final balance date will be moved in line with the new weekend date. All existing payments relating to current confirmed group members will be moved over to the new booking.

What should I do next?

If you choose this option, please drop us a message via your Party Hub. Most of our team are on furloughed leave, so responses will be slow. The few of us left working are doing our very best to respond to queries in a systematic way. Thank you for your kindness, support, and patience.

Option 2

If you have booked a package (accommodation and activities)

Pay the outstanding balance on the booking and if it then becomes officially affected by the government restrictions, your booking will be protected by our ABTA membership. In this scenario, ABTA’s guidance is currently to issue a credit note*, valid to redeem against a new booking or a cash refund before July 31st, 2020. Your new booking does not need to take place before July 31st; this could be for a 2021 departure. All new bookings will be subject to availability and rates.

If you have not booked a package (activities only)

Pay the outstanding balance on the booking and if it then becomes officially affected by the government restrictions, we will work with you and the suppliers in question to attempt to postpone the booking to a later date. All postponements will be subject to availability and rates.

What should I do next?

If you choose this option, and your booking becomes officially affected by Covid-19, we will contact you within 48 hours of your original travel date. Most of our team are on furloughed leave, so please kindly refrain from contacting us to chase a response; we absolutely assure you that we will get in touch with you. Thank you for your kindness, support, and patience.

Option 3

If you have booked a package (accommodation and activities)

We understand that you may wish to stop making payments, thereby choosing to cancel your current arrangements. You can then rebook in your own time by letting us know a new date before 31st of July 2020, via your Party Hub. Your new booking does not need to take place before July 31st; this could be for a 2021 departure. All new bookings will be subject to availability and rates.

If you choose this option, you will not be eligible for a cash refund now and the monies held on the original (cancelled) booking will not be covered by ABTA’s financial protection scheme, as it is not currently officially affected by the government restrictions. Once a new package (accommodation and activities) is booked, the financial protection will resume. If you have not provided us with a new date, and your weekend then becomes affected, we will provide you with a credit note for all monies paid towards the intended package. The rebooking or cash refund total would only be for guests that are active on the booking at the time of cancelling, NOT for any guests that previously cancelled or for any admin fees that have previously been paid.
