We are closely monitoring government advice and ABTA guidance during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will be updating this section and the options in due course based on the latest government advise and easing of restrictions.

Please note that our phone lines are still closed as most of our team are on furlough. All correspondence must come via the Party Hub and responses will take longer than usual. We regret that we’re currently unable to reply via any other method of contact

As restrictions across the EU and UK are being eased, our suppliers have been working extremely hard to make their venues Covid-secure. Please visit ABTA’s guide on how to start travelling safely:

If you would prefer to postpone your upcoming weekend

Please get in touch via your Party Hub so we can contact the suppliers to find out what options are available.

If there are changes to your booked activities

If there are minor changes, we will give you as much information as possible. If the main services included in your holiday can go ahead, ABTA guidance states that you would not be entitled to a refund - but at the moment we’re offering free postponements to a later date, wherever our suppliers can accommodate this.

The following are examples of minor changes:

  • Face coverings or PPE required
  • Social distancing in place at venue
  • Groups being spilt into smaller groups for meals or activities
  • Changes to the way meals are provided e.g. no buffets
  • Additional personal details and disclaimers required on arrival or prior to arrival
  • Changes to check-in procedure
  • Closure of bars/clubs/restaurants/entertainment in the location
  • Quarantine requirements upon return to home country

If you are waiting for a refund for a past booking

The same few staff members continue to work through the tens of thousands of messages and refunds, whilst most of our team remain on furlough.

We have processed over half of our 2020 departures and these customers have now either received a refund or moved their booking into 2021. The team continue to work through the remaining bookings, whilst also facilitating any weekends that can now take place and supporting our loyal suppliers as they slowly open up.

It will still be some weeks until everyone has the money that is due to them, but we can assure you that if you are due a refund, it will reach you.
