Latest Travel Information

We are closely monitoring government advice and ABTA guidance during the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you have booked a package with us (accommodation and activities/travel), your booking is covered by our ABTA membership which means that imminent bookings (within 7 days of departure) affected by the current UK travel ban, will be provided with a booking credit note.

If you have not booked a package, or your departure date does not fall inside the 30 day travel ban, our usual Ts&Cs ( https://www.thestagcompany.com/terms-and-conditions) will apply.

We are pleased to confirm that we’ve decided to waive our standard administration fees for those groups wishing to change location or date, due to covid-19. This is subject to various factors and will remain in place until further notice.

This is an unprecedented time and we thank you in advance for your patience whilst we do our best to work through an increased level of incoming enquiries.

To ensure we can offer all of our groups the best possible service, we ask that you message your queries via the messages tab on the Party Hub (https://www.thestagcompany.com/login). Please note that we can only liaise with group leaders.

We are prioritising our bookings based on their departure date so responses relating to bookings travelling later in the year will be slower than usual.

As I am sure you are aware, the information being received at this unprecedented time is ever changing and we are doing our upmost to ensure this reaches you as quickly and as accurately as possible.

To ensure we are still able to offer you the best possible service, we will be prioritising our responses strictly to bookings departing in the next 48 hours.

We will not be responding to any enquiry received for a booking that falls outside of this time frame until it is within a 48 hour departure window.
