If you fancy yourself as a bit of a Robin Hood character, and you’re interested in practicing your aim and fire with your group of merry men, then we definitely recommend that you get a session of archery booked in for your stag weekend. It’s an ancient sport which dates back many centuries, and although you may think it looks like an easy activity, archery requires a steady hand, in addition to copious amount of concentration; so it’s essential that you pay full attention to your instructor, who will give top tips on how to perfect your technique, a quick demonstration and a safety briefing featuring those all-important do’s and don’ts. Get ready for your competitive streak to emerge amongst your group of stags and see who will be the first lad to hit a bullseye. We offer archery sessions across a whole host of popular destinations across the UK, so you’ll have a whole load of choices to pick from. So, pick up your bow and arrow, and get ready to get fired up for one memorable stag activity – and let us tell you now, there’s certainly no chance of firing blanks with this one!
So there’s archery which is a bit of a stag classic and then there’s Xtreme archery which is a newcomer to the Leeds stag do scene and promises to be one exhilarating activity for you and your stags to get stuck into for the last weekend of freedom. But if you’ve not heard of it before, then let us tell you a bit about this epic stag activity.
It’s basically a combination of dodgeball and archery, and is a game built on strategy and point scoring. You’ll be split into teams where you’ll face off against each other across a purpose built field layout and will earn points by shooting players from the opposing team, or shooting the opposing team’s five cones, which will be placed in front of their specially designed bunkers. If you’re feeling slightly concerned that you may be causing injury when you shoot your fellow stags, then don’t worry, because the arrows used for this activity are completely safe and have a rubber tip which absorbs the impact when it hits the player, so there will be no casualties here!
The game finishes when either all players are eliminated, all cones have been hit or the time has run out – you’ll get to play a series of games, all of which will last around 10-minutes each. You’ll be provided with an instructor who will go through the rules with you, and all the safety gear and equipment for the session will be provided – just make sure you bring along some trainers and comfy clothes for the session. We say that it’s a great way of adding a bit of friendly battle to the stag party!

What's Included:
A mixture of Dodgeball and Archery, this is the new 'must' for an Adrenalin packed Stag weekend. Your instructor will explain the rules of the game and get you set up for the battle to end all battles! You will be provided with the following equipment to use: Bow x 10 and Arrows x 35 Helmets x 10 Barriers x 5 Suitable Bibs and/or clothing in the typical Xtreme manner, colours to suit each team.
