Feeling like doing something crazy on your stag do? Chances are the answer’s yes. It’s a Knockout provides a totally different type of madness from the usual stag antics, but you’ll be laughing from start to finish in an activity that’s full of mad moments and nostalgia. Running right... through the 60’s, 70’s & 80’s (and with a brief return around 2000) – It’s a Knockout was an absolute feature of tea-time TV viewing, and now it can be part of your stag do. If you haven’t seen it, it’s a mess of massive inflatable costumes, water and foam, obstacle courses and a LOT of falling over. For example one game involved trying to carry a bucket of water across a rolling log, while the opposition throw things to distract or knock over the competitor.
You’ll have to bring an old set of clothes and trainers, because even after you’ve climbed inside a huge inflatable costume things are still likely to get messy. You’ll also have to remember to bring your A game, the end of your day will see results announced, and as we’re sure you’re a competitive bunch of lads an extra incentive can be a prize of the winner, or forfeit for the losers.
It’s like a grown-up version of school sports day, and as it’s a grown up version you can head to the pub afterwards to keep the energy going into the evening.

The best stag do’s, we think, are the ones where whenever you get together again over the years you never get tired of replaying the funny moments that happened. And for Newcastle stag do’s, we think for that sense of fun it’s hard to beat ‘It’s a Geordie Knockout’.
You and the guys will take part in a series of wacky games and challenges kicking off from 10:30, all of which have a true Geordie theme! Held outdoors on a spacious playing field just outside Newcastle city centre, fancy dress is not just welcome, it’s positively encouraged, so break out the wigs. For a canny day out in Newcastle with the boys, think bouncing on inflatables, slippery moments as you get drenched with foam and all manner of other ludicrous goings-on.
Ideal for the stag group that enjoys a little friendly competition, and doesn’t mind looking a bit silly in the process. Wey-aye man!

Tracksuits and trainers at the ready: if you’re fans of Squid Game, which was one of the biggest TV hits of 2021, then you’ll love this brilliant Newcastle stag activity that sees you taking part in authentic challenges from the show. It’s survival of the fittest as your group tests their knowledge, physical skills, and their nerve, in a series of fiendish childhood games such as Red Light, Green Light, Tug of War, and Honeycomb Candy - with a few twists along the way of course. Who will survive to the end? Who will break under the pressure? Who will just ignore the rules and eat his candy instead? This Squid Game-inspired experience is a great ice-breaking activity. But you can have peace of mind that in this situation, players will be eliminated only by water pistol, not machine gun. Think your group has got what it takes? Then let the games begin.

Getting the lads together for a Newcastle stag weekend of tomfoolery is without doubt one of the best reasons to have a stag do. And with It’s a Knockout, that’s the whole point! This hilarious team event will see you tacking inflatable obstacles, wearing silly costumes and doing your best for the team, if you can stop laughing long enough. Games include the likes of the Ten Maids a-Milking relay; Penguin Pursuits, which involves throwing hula hoops while dressed as a penguin; and Fast Food Frenzy which will see you rummaging around in foam for bits of ‘food’. This is a great ice-breaker for the group – everyone gets involved, and you can relive the highlights in the pub later. Just remember to wear clothes you don’t mind getting wet and dirty and bring a spare change of clothes for afterwards.
