Rage Room Stag Do's

What to expect

Rage rooms have been opening up all over Europe, quite commonly in bars and nightclubs as a daytime activity allowing them to earn money during the day while you smash up all of their stock, therefore imagine the likes of bottles. Some will also have electronics inside like old desktop screens or TV's, while others may have wooden boxes and various other items. 

You will be provided with a set of weapons, whether that's a baseball bat or a crowbar will depend on the venue. Of course, your group will also be provided with safety gear, as you don't want to walk away with any wounds. This will consist of a thick clothing to cover you all up, as well as goggles. Plus, they will insist your feet are covered, so no wearing flip flops or sandals.

Many of these venues also provide other activities, so it can be worth speaking to our team about other activities available at the same location, as this will allow you to minimise transport and time wasteage between activities and be able to tick off loads of activities. For example, one venue we have worked with in the past also had augmented reality darts at the same location as their rage room.

The anger room may not be your conventional stag activity, but who wants to stick to conventional? This is about coming home and sharing stories of unique experiences unlike any other stag weekend.

Why Does Smashing Things Relieve Stress?

Good question. We can often build up feelings of anxiety and stress that we have to bury as we deal with day to day life. When we smash things up, we let out all that built up tension in a surge of adrenaline, getting your heart rate up and letting it all out. The after effect is a release of dopamine, leaving the group in a positive mood for the night ahead. Of course, this is all to say it's really good fun to break some stuff, without any consequences! 

Where Can I Book One?

We would love to offer this in every city, in fact it should be available everywhere for people to be able to let off some steam. But for now, we'd direct you to the rage room on a Berlin stag do where you will get baseball bats, axes and sledgehammers to smash it all up. You will receive around an hour in the room, while this is plenty of time for everyone to have a go at breaking some items and taking out all their emotions on the glass and book shelf. 

You will of course be given safety gear and an instructor will guide you through the whole process, so you don't go too far. Don't leave the room and start smashing up the hallway!
