Alcotraz Prison Cocktail Experience
This immersive experience allows your Stag group to get up to no good from the start.. which is what it's all about right?! The prison cell is a rustic and realistic space, requiring everyone to get involved. Starting with a change into an orange prisoner jumpsuit for your short sentence, to prevent escape (and for the best photos). Successfully smuggle your liquor past the Warden and serve your time with a covert supply of personalised cocktails. This is the bar behind bars, where the serving inmates are your bartenders, the guards are crooked and you become a part of the story. You’ll have to be inventive and keep your cool with a straight face when the warden comes to inspect you and your cell! Your professional mixologist will create some bespoke cocktails to get your group raring to go in Brighton. If you haven’t been arrested before… you’ll be in for a surprise at Alcotraz.

Make your way to the Famous Old Ship Hotel's Private Cellar which will be private for just your group.
You will receive a cocktail on arrival followed by some bar snacks.
You will then be taken to the dining area of the cellar with a professional mixologist who will instruct you on making a further two cocktails.
Bar food will then arrive after including chicken wings, calamari and nachos!
