Brighton's new tourist tool to cater for stag night revellers

Stag parties heading for a booze-fuelled break in Brighton can make sure they choose a hotel that is right at the heart of the city's nightlife courtesy of a clever new tourism venture.

BedsInBrighton.com offers a database of all the city's hotels and top attractions, making it an ideal resource for stag night revellers planning a trip to the city, the Argus reports.

In addition, those who like to leave it late to make arrangements can phone up for information about the best places to stay, eat, drink and party, with expert knowledge on all the local bars and clubs.

Terrance King, who thought up the idea along with business partner James McPherson, said the site will cater for all tourists, from those after a quiet weekend away to large stag and hen parties.

"Brighton is always buzzing, happening, fun and full of great things to do," he added.

The city offers no shortage of places to stay, but those after top-drawer accommodation might opt to stay at myhotel Brighton, which was last month named in Conde Naste's Hot List for 2009.
