Studio offers chance to become a pop star on stag weekend

A new recording studio in South Yorkshire could provide an original and entertaining activity for stag party groups, the Star reports today (December 7th).

Miss B's in Barnsley is offering wannabe singers the opportunity to live the pop star experience by creating their own track and having it recorded for posterity.

Libbi Hibbert, a national finalist in the Open Mic UK competition, explained that getting into a booth with a group of friends could be an amusing addition to a stag weekend.

"I'd definitely come here for a birthday party or a hen night," she told the newspaper.

"You get to jam along with your mates, have a great time and, at the end of the day, instead of a party bag or a piece of cake, you have your own CD to remember it by."

Both one and two-hour sessions are available, with the 'professional experience' priced at £129.50 and the 'group recording experience' available for £149.50.
