In addition, the city's friendly atmosphere and range of restaurants and bars could make it an ideal destination for stag parties out to have a good time.
The article stated: "[Krakow] feels safe, it's easy to get around and they do the basics well: coffee, beer, salads, pizzas, steak. The local food is tasty as well."
According to the latest Eurostat survey, stag parties looking to venture overseas for cheap booze and cut-price accommodation should opt to pay a visit to Bulgaria.
The study listed the country as one of the cheapest holiday destinations in Europe, offering the best value for food and drinks.
